Mind, Body, and Spirit Teletherapy

Yoga

Yoga, which originated in India, aims to unite the mind, body, and spirit. This is reflected in the origin of the word, derived from the Sanskrit root “yuj” (योग), meaning “to join”, “to yoke”, or “to unite”. Common in Buddhism, Hinduism, and Jainism, traditional and modern yoga variants are practiced worldwide.

Yoga postures, meditation, and pranayama can help the body naturally heal and balance itself. Certain yogic practices have been shown to have specific healing qualities, in addition to yoga's inherent ability to create wellness and good health. Benefits include the following:

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini (Sanskrit: कुण्डलिनी), meaning “circular” or “coiled”, is a form of divine feminine energy believed to be located at the base of the spine. The practice of Kundalini yoga is supposed to arouse the sleeping Kundalini Shakti from its coiled base through the 6 chakras, and penetrate the 7th chakra, or crown. This energy is said to travel along the ida (left), pingala (right) and central, or sushumna nadi - the main channels of pranic energy in the body.

Kundalini energy is technically explained as being sparked during yogic breathing when prana and apana blends at the 3rd chakra (solar plexus) at which point it initially drops down to the 1st and 2nd chakras before traveling up to the spine to the higher centers of the brain to activate the golden cord - the connection between the pituitary and pineal glands - and penetrate the 7 chakras.

Borrowing and integrating many different approaches, Kundalini Yoga can be understood as a tri-fold approach of Bhakti yoga for devotion, Shakti yoga for power, and Raja yoga for mental power and control. Its purpose through the daily practice of kriyas and meditation in sadhana are described as a practical technology of human consciousness for humans to achieve their total creative potential. With the practice of Kundalini Yoga, one is thought able to liberate oneself from one's Karma and to realize one's Dharma (Life Purpose). It is recommended to become free of desire or adopt vairagya before trying to arouse Kundalini. Additionally, having a guru is beneficial in Kundalini Yoga, because a guru can suggest the best method to awaken the Kundalini.

Chakra Therapy

Thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are all made up of energy and energetic frequencies. Chakra therapy focuses on clearing any blockages from the energetic body to allow energy to flow more freely, resulting in fewer mental, emotional, and physical symptoms.

A Chakra healing session can offer many benefits. Deeply meditative, this experience brings the body's seven main Chakras into alignment through a fluid combination of massage, specific essential oil blends and healing crystals. This unique experience leaves clients feeling calm and in a state of harmony, resulting in an increased feeling of wellbeing.

In general terms, the goal of chakra therapy is to release any chakra blockages and promote a free flow of energy to restore balance and a sense of wellbeing. By balancing your Chakras you may be able to:

What makes Natalia unique as a yogini and chakra therapist?

Natalia is a certified yoga life coach, a Shaktipat (Kundalini) Master, and a Chakra Therapist. She is also certified as a nutrition life coach with expertise in areas of Ayurveda and other Indian healing techniques such as Indian Head massage, and reflexology.

As something anecdotal, she can read auras and guide people letting them know where they are in their journey of evolution of consciousness. Apart from this, she got some certifications from the Academy, Virtued International in Azamgarth, India, in the psychic field such as Certified Professional Psychic, and Certification in Akashic Records.

Natalia started her journey in 2009 after having a spontaneous awakening in her kundalini shakti. In 2010, she became a member of Siddha Yoga in London. It was at that time when she developed the disciple and the spiritual knowledge to work on her evolution of consciousness, and her gift of healing grew.

In 2016, she studied Buddhism and Yoga Philosophy at the University of Loyola. Not until 2019, she got her second kundalini awakening, the spiritual kundalini, and it was at that time when she received the Shamanic knowledge, which combined with Ayurvedic practice, pranayama, and asanas led her to open even more and heal deeply all her chakras.

After doing some research on the anatomy of the subtle bodies and becoming an energy practitioner, she started offering her first courses on the healing of the main chakras (the ones related to our physical, mental, and emotional bodies, and the ancestral patterns). For that, she used yoga therapy (pranayama and chakra therapy), shamanic cleansing, Ayurveda, crystal reiki, sound healing and quantum healing with hypnosis. Her students were noticing clear improvements after having the therapies. They felt emotionally more stable, mentally more grounded, and physically more energized. Some of them claimed to have found their Dharma (Life Purpose).

She continued her teachings with the activation of the advanced chakras for those committed to the spiritual journey of consciousness and interested in activating their kundalini, and Merkaba, and healing of their sacred seat of their souls.
