Mind, Body, and Spirit Teletherapy

Nikola Tesla was a Serbian-American inventor, engineer, and futurist who believed that the numbers 3, 6, and 9 held the key to the universe. He developed a manifestation technique called the 369 Method, which involves writing down your goals or desires in accordance with a 369 pattern. Tesla believed that repeating this technique daily would harness the powers of the universe to make your wishes come true.

According to my design, I used this model to represent the three pivotal phases of coaching in order to achieve balance. Number 3 would represent the beginning and the first stage of coaching, the Re-connecting period. Number 6 would represent the development of strength to achieve harmony and number 9 would represent the completion, the transformation of the individual bringing the rebirth of a new Self.

The equilateral triangle below would represent the balance of the mind (3), body (6), and spirit (9). Altogether the key to harmony, balance and wellness.
